Lithuania
Omniva parcel machine and Lithuanian post office delivery: 3 EUR. Free shipping for orders over 100 EUR. Courier delivery: 4 EUR.
Latvia and Estonia
Omniva parcel machine delivery: 4 EUR.
Worldwide Shipping
Worldwide shipping: 10 EUR. Delivery usually takes 5-15 business days, depending on the destination country.
For US customers: customs duties are included in the shipping cost.
*Business days means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Note: The Christmas period and other high-volume shipping periods may cause longer delivery times.
Tracking
Your order will be shipped with its own tracking number. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent from our studio.
Additional Information
International orders outside Europe may be subject to overseas shipping costs, delivery fees, VAT, import duties or other import-related charges for exchanges and refunds. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise. For US customers, customs duties are included in the shipping cost.
Please note that we are not able to ship to APO, FPO or DPO addresses.
Refund Policy
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your natural stone jewelry.
For all eligible LINA SNARA items purchased at www.linasnara.com, we offer a 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
You have 14 calendar days, starting from the day you receive your item, to request a return. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and must not show any signs of wear or use.
Personalised, engraved, custom-made, made-to-order or otherwise individually created items cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
To request a return or contract withdrawal, please submit your request through our returns page or contact us by email at info@linasnara.com, stating your order number. You will then receive the return address and any other information necessary for your return.
We recommend shipping your return item via an insured and trackable delivery method. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
